Probate and Trust Administration
Determines if a deceased person's estate must be resolved in the Probate Court and handles the process for you. Advises fiduciaries on proper trust administration.

Prepares wills, trusts, powers of attorney for healthcare and finances, and healthcare directives. Conducts asset reviews and advises individuals and corporate fiduciaries on trust administration, the duties of trustees, and the rights of beneficiaries.
Guardianship and Conservatorship
If a loved one is not able to make decisions about their own care and cannot manage their finances, it may be appropriate for the Probate Court to appoint a person to make decisions about care and custody and to manage their financial affairs. We can help you navigate this process.
MO HealthNet Planning
Formerly Medicaid. Helps determine eligibility for benefits to pay for nursing home care and preserving assets. We will assist with all steps in the eligibility process, from the division of assets to completing the application on your behalf.
Special Needs Planning
For persons with disabilities, we counsel their families on estate planning. Develops an estate plan using a special needs trust to enhance a beneficiary's quality of life and protect public benefits eligibility. Advises individuals and corporate fiduciaries on proper special needs trust administration.
VA Benefits Planning
Provides information and eligibility assistance with qualifying for benefits. Certain wartime veterans or the surviving spouses of deceased wartime veterans may qualify for Aid and Attendance, a special monthly pension. This pension can help pay for in-home care, assisted living, or nursing home care.
Life Care Planning
Offers a holistic approach to long-term planning for older adults, persons living with a disability, or persons with a chronic illness. We partner with an elder care coordinator to provide resources and enhance the client's quality of life.
