Medicaid Planning


Known as MO HealthNet. Helps determine eligibility to pay for nursing home care. Manages all steps in the eligibility process including advice on spend down and asset preservation, preparation and filing of the division of assets and application, through complete resolution of the matter.


Special Needs Planning


Counsels families of persons with disabilities on estate planning to allow the beneficiary to maintain a quality of life and protect government benefits. Prepares special needs trusts and advises individuals and corporate fiduciaries on proper trust administration.


VA Benefits Planning


Provides information and eligibility assistance with qualifying for benefits. Certain wartime veterans or the surviving spouses of deceased wartime veterans may qualify for Aid and Attendance, and special monthly pension. This pension can help pay for in-home care, assisted living, or nursing home care.
